1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@zaavix.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package item securely and ship to our return center
  5. We will process your return within 5-10 business days of receipt

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Correct item will be shipped at no charge

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before shipping: Full refund
  • After shipping: Subject to return policy

10. Partial Returns

For orders with multiple items, partial returns are accepted following the same guidelines.
