At Zaavix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital downloads or software
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package item securely and ship to our return center
- We will process your return within 5-10 business days of receipt
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Replacement or full refund will be provided
8. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Correct item will be shipped at no charge
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled:
- Before shipping: Full refund
- After shipping: Subject to return policy
10. Partial Returns
For orders with multiple items, partial returns are accepted following the same guidelines.
